HOD Atlanta Gravestone Project Completes Its Work at Greenwood

One statement says it all:

“I am pleased to announce that we will be laying gravestones on the FINAL eight unmarked Jewish graves at GREENWOOD CEMETERY this month,” said Wor Bro Les Kraitzick, Governor – Hebrew Order of David Gravestone Project.

The final eight unmarked graves received headstones in a special ceremony, Sunday, July 30, at Greenwood Cemetery, witnessed by more than a dozen HOD brethren from Atlanta's lodges and family and friends of those whose graves were marked,

The Gravestone Laying Project Committee has been working diligently on locating the final eight unmarked Jewish graves at Greenwood, and with the help of Rabbi Judith Beiner of Jewish Family & Career Services, we have identified the location of these graves for:
