Morgan Shaw Parker, President/COO Gives Us the Inside Story 
The Atlanta Dream, our team in the WNBA is dreaming of a championship this year. It's not a pipe dream. The team traded two draft picks for two-time All-Star Angel Reese, who joins Allisha Gray, fourth-place finisher in MVP voting; Rhyne Howard, the fastest player in WNBA history to reach 300 career three-pointers; Naz Hillmon, the league's Sixth Player of the Year; and Brionna Jones, who earned All-Star recognition while doubling her career total of double-doubles in her first season with the Dream.
And there's nobody better to tell the story of the Dream's lofty dreams than our May OLM and Table Lodge speaker, Morgan Shaw Parker, the team's President and Chief Operating Officer.
Shaw Parker oversees the team's day-to-day business operations and revenue growth, working closely with ownership to set the direction of the organization and build their strategic vision. She brings 27 years of experience and leadership at all levels of the sports industry, developing a proven track record in sport business, marketing innovation, and building high-performing teams across the NFL, NBA/WNBA, and NCAA as well as media, corporate brands and sports agencies.
Prior to the Dream, Shaw Parker served as Chief Marketing Officer at Arthur M. Blank Sports & Entertainment (AMBSE) where she led marketing and communications initiatives for the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Before that, she spent more than a decade at NIKE, Inc. developing long-term marketing communications strategies to support Nike’s brand and business objectives for three Olympics Games and for college teams and professional sports leagues outfitted by Nike.
Shaw Parker holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a M.S. of Education in Sport Management from the University of Kansas. She resides in Sandy Springs, GA, with her husband and two sons.
